Hey bros, looking for some input . First off going to say I'm getting zero results from my current cycle . I'm not a "newb" by any stretch , I know lots of things can affect gains on a cycle , calories, low estrogen, high estrogen etc. I started my cycle weeks ago with test pp. something I've had great success with from GYMLABS in the past . This time I was doing one ML a day and eventually upped my dose to 2 c's a day . That's a lot of test . Zero results zero sides . I talked to administrator , we switch me up (test prop,sustanon)and 6 days ago I start test prop at 1c a day and 1 ml sust eod . Obviously the long esters in sust take a bit to kick in , I know that . But still I believe in six days . I've taken enough prop , from the prop and sust to feel something, yet I feel nothing .
Ok, one thing I always keep up with on cycle is my BP. At this rate I should have at least slightly elevated BP. Even a few days into a trt dose of cyp I've gotten elevated bp . Yesterday my bp was at the healthiest it's been in months . It hasn't been elevated once in this last month .
Another thing I do and have done for years . ( myth or not ) I freeze my gear when I get it . Including gym labs . Basically forcing it to crash . Gym labs always crashes , which is always reassuring to see your hormone floating suspended . None of my last order crashed . Now, I know this isn't fool proof , yet still adds to my worry . I've never not had good gear not crash when I freeze it .
My workouts have been the same as they alway are off cycle lol . No strength increase at all , little pump . I have changed my workouts a bit since I first pinned , lifting heavier . Off cycle I tend to lift lighter and more volume, more sets , and reps
I am using gymlabs exemstane, which is definitely good! I've used up from a quarter of a pill , to half . Even the quarter pill gives me achy joints , so I've held back on aro for several days now .
Now if I'm tripping a little , I apologize . I don't think I am though. Any input or advice will be greatly appreciated.
