You can do the Skin Pinch Test !
Gently Pinch the Skin on your Arm or Stomach with 2 fingers.
If it springs back to it's normal position in 1 to 3 seconds, you're good.
If it takes longer, you are Dehydrated.
Or
Do what I do.
Look at the Color of your Urine.
It should be "Light Yellow", and you should be Urinating Often.............. JP
P.S.
If you are taking Vitamins, it may be Bright Yellow or Greenish Yellow.
