1st thing that I would do is get your Total Test checked.
Usually, as we get older, our Total Testosterone goes down.
For someone in your age group, you should still be in the Mid 600 range, and your Free Testosterone should be around 90.
These are only Averages, for your age group, Not exactly where you should be, but close.
And I would also get a Full Blood Panel to make sure that everything else is fine.
If the above is OK.
Then we would look at your Diet and Training................... JP
